ROB AND LINDA SAGAPOLU'S HAPPY APPLE CREAM PIE
THIS RECIPE IS FROM OUR DEAR FRIENDS THAT HELP US RUN HAPPY APPLE FARM. WITHOUT THERE HELP AND SUPPORT IT WOULD BE A LONG SUMMER! WE LOVE YOU GUY'S!!!!!
4 CUPS PEELED AND THINLY SLICED APPLES
1 CUP WHITE SUGAR
2 TABLESPOONS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
4 TABLESPOONS BUTTER OR MARGARINE
2 CUPS HALF & HALF
1 UNBAKED 9 INCH PIE CRUST
PLACE APPLES IN PIE SHELL. MIX TOGETHER SUGAR,FLOUR,NUTMEG AND CINNAMON. SPRINKLE THIS MIXTURE OVER APPLES IN SHELL. MELT THE BUTTER OR MARGARINE AND STIR INTO CREAM. POUR LIQUIDS OVER APPLES. BAKE AT 375 DEGREES F FOR 35 MINUTES.
