Don't leave the farm without trying our mouth watering
Apple Smoked B.B.Q. Beef Brisket (Weekends only). We apply Dad's special dry rub two day's prior to smoking. The Brisket goes on at
8:00a.m. Friday morning and is slow cooked for 10 hours at 225 degrees.
The apple wood gives it an incredible flavor!
We also will have Smoked Turkey legs and Hot Dogs (Weekends only). |
